Kwikbolt Service and Maintenance

 

At Kwikbolt we provide a full after care service for our products within their final environment. Our Service and Maintenance contracts allow customers to maximise the return of investment in Kwikbolt by maximising product life, reducing costs and maintaining product performance. We do this via our service levels of Standard, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. These yearly support packages allow Kwikbolt to manage your fasteners (both Kwikbolt and others) and allow you to have on-site support and reduce service and maintenance costs. Every product we deliver to customers is covered by our standard service packaging we provide a world-wide coverage and support on any warranties issues on our product and product range.

 
 

Bronze

As well as the Standard service level our chargeable bronze package provides dedicated phone support for any customer team member to call for direct engineering support on any matter.

 
 

Silver

As well as the services from our Standard and Bronze support package our Silver package includes a 25% discount on engineering call out rates for on-site support world-wide and a once every 12 months on-site service of our products and fastening system. One of our engineers will spend the day with you on-site to maximise the performance and reduce the cost of the system.

 
 

Gold

As well as the services from our Standard, Bronze and Silver support package our Gold package provides a 50% discount on engineering call out rates for on-site support world-wide and a once every 6 months on-site service of our products and fastening system. One of our engineers will spend the day with you every 6 months to maximise the performance and reduce the cost of the system. We provide a 10% stock holding on a 24 hours lineside supply agreement and 10% discount on repaired items and new orders.

 
 

Platinum

Our Platinum option provides a complete, all-inclusive package that offers 100% discount on engineering call out rates for on-site support world-wide and a once every 3 months on-site service of our products and fastening system. One of our engineers will spend the day with you every 3 months to maximise the performance and reduce the cost of the system. We provide a 20% stock holding on a 24 hours lineside supply agreement and 100% discount on repaired items and new order.
